What to Bring to Your First Meeting
Your renewal letter
If your group already has coverage, the letter shows the new rate and any plan changes. It is the quickest way for us to see what you are looking at.
Your employee list
We start from one employee census, so bring a current list of your employees. It tells us how many people a plan would need to cover.
What you want to change
Premium, deductible, network or carrier: tell us what you want different from your current plan, and that guides what we put side by side.
No renewal letter yet? Bring what you have. An employer thinking about a first group plan can start the same way, and an employer with a plan that is no longer working can too.
Beyond the office
When You Cannot Meet in Person
Missouri employers can meet CPIS in person. Everything else happens by phone, Google Meet or Zoom, and that is how we work with employers across Missouri and in the other states we serve.
